I traveled 3 hours ( one-way) to make it on time for an 8:30 scheduled appointment only to find out after waiting 2 hours that the recalled parts were not available at the service center. After being notified of this, it took another 1.5 hours for a routine oil change also scheduled on this day. I was very disappointed that I had to wait 4 hours just to get an oil change and left with the recall problem still not addressed by the dealership. The service center should ensure trust to their customers that all model parts on in stock and are ready to be installed before scheduling appointments so as to not waste the public's time. More

Never got a call when our truck was ready. At the end of the day, I called the service desk but it went to voicemail with no ability to leave a message. Our brand new truck stayed over night.
