Shawn was great, called on a Monday got my truck in by Thursday. They were able to get my recalled fixed fast and was extremely friendly. He even had it done earlier then he told me. My battery died in my truck so I brought it in that night and left the keys and a note that I needed the battery replaced. Then next morning I received a call from Teddy that my truck was in the service dept and left the keys and a note that I needed the battery replaced. Then next morning I received a call from Teddy that my truck was in the service dept and was being fixed. Teddy did a great job in keeping in touch with me on the progress and he even was able to get a recall done in the same visit so I would not have to come back again later to get that fixed. GREAT WORK everyone!! On the way out the door to get my truck, Rhett turned to me and said "Hi Brian". I have worked with him in the past and he remembered me. Not that I think I'm so important, but it's so nice when people in a business actually try and make a connection with people.... and I think the service dept at Lithia is really trying to do that! thanks again!
