My Ford Sync system quit after an oil change and transmission flush. I let Ford service know and Rhett called me back asking if I could drop back down with the vehicle. He offered to either come u transmission flush. I let Ford service know and Rhett called me back asking if I could drop back down with the vehicle. He offered to either come up and get the truck or, I could bring it down and drop it off. If I did, he offered me a ride and delivery service when the vehicle was done. Rhett apologized for the problem even though we weren't sure if it was a random failure or if something happened during the routine service. The problem was determined to be an initialization issue with the Sync system when the battery was disconnected for service. The repair was performed without charge. Rhett also had my truck washed and delivered back to my home after the fix. More
