Shawn was very helpful and friendly. He found the problem, communicated it to us, and the car sounds great now. I had to borrow a car to get to work during the time my car was at Lithia. I could have had Les Schwab replace the shocks in less time. That being said, I appreciate Shawn anyway!! I would recommend Lithia service department if you have a nice car and want professional work. For something small & not covered by warranty, you might want to go to another shop to get it done faster. More
