Dennis Pereira was extremely helpful and supportive when we came into Broadway Ford with a check engine light glowing while on a trip from California Dennis Pereira was extremely helpful and supportive when we came into Broadway Ford with a check engine light glowing while on a trip from California to Yellowstone. He assisted us in getting a rental car so that we could continue the trip while our car was being repaired and then did a great job of keeping us informed as to its progress. Randy Cate was also great, even offering us a place to pitch out tents on his property near Yellowstone. (We did find a place to stay, so did not need his very generous offer.) Also, we talked a number of times with Jason Eggertsen about the progress of our vehicle's repair. The whole service and maintenance crew did a great job helping us get back on the road so that I could make it back in time for work. Thanks, everyone! More

We were in a jam & they saved us! We were recently traveling through on vacation and had some trouble. That trouble snowballed and quickly became multiple issues. Imagine that movie where everything that can go wrong during a family vacation, does. Except it's not as funny when you're actually going through it. :) Broadway Ford rolled out the welcome mat & saved us. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and proactive attitude! Without them our "vacation" would have continued to spiral downward. As a female in the predominantly male world of automotive, I often feel a little vulnerable working through vehicle issues. Excellent Service! My wife, 2 kids and I were on our way to a week long vacation at Yellowstone from Portland, Oregon when my 2006 Escape Hybrid broke down on I-86 late My wife, 2 kids and I were on our way to a week long vacation at Yellowstone from Portland, Oregon when my 2006 Escape Hybrid broke down on I-86 late on a Saturday night. We go the car towed to the dealership and left the keys in the overnight box. I was worried it might be the high voltage battery and we were scheduled to go back to Portland on Friday. I called first thing on Monday and they hand not checked it out yet. Jason called on Monday afternoon and told me it was the electric motor coolant pump and if they order it soon, it might get there in time. Jason kept good communications with me and the pump came in sooner than expected. They repaired it the same day it came in (Wednesday) and I picked it up on Thursday. I was happy to have my car working and on time too. But it also came back washed and vacuumed as usual. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks! More
Exceptional Service! My Fiancé and I had just left the hotel when we had the dreaded truck problems. We made it right down the road to Broadway Ford. We were greeted by Paul and extremely friendly staff. They were prompt and considerate to our needs as we were stranded. The particular part that we needed was not in stock and had to be shipped in from Boise. Paul made some phone calls and we had a motel room as well as a ride to it. (With a great rate I might add). They were so understanding and helpful as we had found ourselves staying for another night. We were given an approximate time of noon to pick it up; however Paul called about 10:30 to tell us it was finished! We were so happy with the exceptional service! Broadway Ford has seemed to master not only their service department but they're customer service skills as well. It was so refreshing! Although our visit was due to unforeseen problems Broadway Ford went above and beyond what they could have done and we appreciated it! We will recommend Broadway Ford to anyone and everyone when it comes to the service department and due to our recent relocation to Nampa, we will check there first when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. I thought that was high and checked with Big O receiving a quote of $536 including balance and alignment check. I purchase Ford products. I have always done business with the Ford garage where we have lived. My next purchase will be another Ford. Since moving to Idaho Falls 2 years ago I would say my association with your garage has been almost a love/hate relationship. After my first visit and the ensuing kerfuffle, I received a very positive response and following action from the service manager. Based on that I have continued doing business with your garage. In that I am, what my be classed as a built in customer, I am perplexed as to why your quote to a known customer should be higher than a quote from Big O with whom I have no relationship. When I need to buy tires it will not be from your dealership. Why should I??? Hence the #3 for overall experience. Jack Hoffman More
