Great Service Team! I was visiting Idaho Falls from out of town and needed some immediate repairs done before I could return home. Jason and Paul were very courteous and quickly provided me with an estimate before the technician got started. Being dropped off late on a Saturday afternoon I was amazed how quickly the technician finished the repairs and had me back on the road. The problem was found and was covered by warranty. The necessary parts were promptly ordered. He called me as soon as the part arrived and scheduled an appointment to have the car fixed. He informed me when an earlier opening was available and the repair was completed sooner than expected. He kept me informed of progress by phone. Very pleased with the service. . More

Wonderful Service I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and set an appointment that day to get it looked at. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Paul and Jason. They were both very polite and reassuring about getting my vehicle looked at. After a few hours they were able to not only get the vehicle looked at but also get me back on the road!! I am very grateful for all the help they were able to give me getting me back on the road. Excellent customer service! Best dealership service ever! This is the third experience we have had with the service department at Broadway Ford. Every time has been a pleasant experience. They are so careful This is the third experience we have had with the service department at Broadway Ford. Every time has been a pleasant experience. They are so careful to make sure that they take good care of your vehicle and they are honest. Their prices are very reasonable. Once they couldn't find anything wrong with our truck & they didn't charge us. Unheard of! This time we were on our way to AZ from WY where we live in the summer. Our 24 year old motorhome barely made the 1 1/2 hr. trip in 4 1/2 hrs.! Even though it took a couple of days for them to get the part & schedule a time for the repair, they replaced the catalytic converter in just a few hours & she runs like a new one! We were also quite surprised at the cost. Very reasonable. Jason Eggertson was the rep that helped us. He is always very informative so that we understand everything they need to do, and what was done when the job is completed. He is very polite and professional. Five stars for Jason! If we decide to buy another car or truck, we would fly to Idaho Falls to buy from Broadway Ford! Thanks so much! More
