Just a few steps to another part of the building and a check up was scheduled with a tech. The issue was confirmed and a time was set up for repair. Blake explained the terms of our warranty and what repairs were required. He asked if I had any additional questions. When I picked up the car he brought it to me and thanked me for my business. More

Was sure the service would amount to $400 to $500. The estimate was substantially less than what I was expecting, VERY pleased at this point. After the service was completed the amount billed was LESS than the estimate, WOW. I've never had a dealership bill less than an estimate. You guys have my business hands down. First Rate Service Traveling with an RV and Ford C-Max Tow Vehicle. Wound up in W Yellowstone with a broken sub-frame on the C-Max due to an improperly installed towbar Traveling with an RV and Ford C-Max Tow Vehicle. Wound up in W Yellowstone with a broken sub-frame on the C-Max due to an improperly installed towbar receiver. (not installed by Ford). Called Broadway Ford and was connected with Robert Wadsworth, the Body Shop Manager. They were able to inspect the car as soon as I could get there the next day. Ordered the parts. Called promptly when the parts arrived, and were able to take it in for repairs the next day. Robert even gave me a ride to and from RV park while the car was being repaired and Nicole gave us an excellent recommendation for a veterinarian to take our dog to. Excellent service all the way around. Very courteous and professional. The kind of service that seems harder and harder to find nowadays. I live in Omaha, NE so can't say that I'll return to Broadway Ford for all my service needs but if I'm anywhere even remotely in the area you can bet I will. Lee Roach Omaha, NE More
WOW!!! What service we got!!!!! While being on vacation, we realized we were do for an oil change and tire rotation. So, my wife and I decided to stop in Idaho Falls, ID, To sleep an While being on vacation, we realized we were do for an oil change and tire rotation. So, my wife and I decided to stop in Idaho Falls, ID, To sleep and find a Ford dealership in the area in the morning. At 8:00a.m. I spoke to a gentleman (James McCord) on the phone he said come on down, and gave us directions to the shop. As we were being written up for the work he answered all of our questions. As we were talking to him , we asked if there was a good place to eat, and easy to walk to while our car was being serviced. He not only told us a great place to eat, he sent a car for us to be driven there! And when we were done eating , we called and got the same driver (wish I could remember his name, he also was great) to drive us back! This employee of yours is VERY valuable to your dealership and public relations. I have told everyone about this. Although, we don't live close to Idaho, I would hope the Ford Corp. would take notice of this employee and this dealership for REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU TO MR. JAMES MCCORD for an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE !! More
