Perfect experience. I recently brought my 2010 Lincoln MKZ in to be detailed. Everything was set up by Matt Carroll and all was accomplished just as promised. When it was returned to me, the car looked as good inside and out as it did the day I bought it brand new. The communications were great and everything was accomplished on time. Matt Carroll was wonderful to deal with in all respects. I have all my normal maintenance done at Broadway Ford and recommend it without any reservation. More

They directed us to their body shop where we met Robert Wadsworth. He parked our 5th wheel trailer so we could be comfortable while waiting. Somehow,Robert came up with the new glass and had it installed in a couple of hours. The service could not have been better. Hats off to. Robert and crew. It saved the day for us. More
Helpful & knowledgeable My sister suggested we visit Broadway Ford to talk to them about some work we needed to get done on a used F-150 we recently purchased from a private My sister suggested we visit Broadway Ford to talk to them about some work we needed to get done on a used F-150 we recently purchased from a private party. We did and made an appointment. Took the truck in and they did an inspection, replaced the battery, did a tune up, found the oil leak we mentioned and another maintenance item we needed to deal with. Each time I talked with Blake he was courteous and Jason not only was courteous but took the time to explain what was going on in detail. Also, each time I called to check in and get the status of the work, they knew immediately who I was and didn't have to go on a long search to get my information. We were hesitant to go to a dealer but we're glad we went to Broadway Ford. Thanks Jason! More
Exceptional service We hit a deer in northern Idaho with our truck and 5th wheel. We went into the dealership first thing Monday morning; they called Robert from the body We hit a deer in northern Idaho with our truck and 5th wheel. We went into the dealership first thing Monday morning; they called Robert from the body shop over immediately and he took our truck across the street moved another vehicle out to get our truck in to assess the damage. He had new radiators ordered before 9 o'clock to be delivered by next morning and they were installed by 4 PM the next afternoon so we could continue on our way. We still have body work to do but mechanical function of our truck is fine. The speed and courtesy they treated us with was exceptional. If we ever need any work done when passing thru Idaho Falls we will definitely stop there. More

Fun fabulous group What a great experience!!! I came in for work on my 1967 Ford truck ( really good service dept.) And left with a new-to-me 2010 Explorer. They worked What a great experience!!! I came in for work on my 1967 Ford truck ( really good service dept.) And left with a new-to-me 2010 Explorer. They worked really hard to get me in a newer vehicle. I never thought I could get financing because of my credit problems but Ebony and Marlow made it happen. If you need help with your vehicle be sure to see Jason in the service department, he works miracles!!! More

A new car small problem handled quickly and excellently I had just bought a new Ford Explorer in Utah and was headed north when I noticed that an exterior rubber gasket at the base of the passenger window g I had just bought a new Ford Explorer in Utah and was headed north when I noticed that an exterior rubber gasket at the base of the passenger window got sucked down into the door apparently when the window had been lowered. It was raining too, so I panicked. I called the nearest dealer, Broadway in Idaho Falls, and was lucky enough to be routed to Robert Wadsworth in the body shop. He handled the warranty through texted photos that I sent to his phone, and he had the replacement part the next day.. When I tried to arrange an appointment to have the new piece installed, Robert said, "You just show up and we'll take care of you" I think it took his shop all of 15 minutes to replace the piece and the work was perfect. My only regret: that I did not buy the car from Broadway. That is one impressive, modern facility. You could safely eat breakfast off the pristine floor of the huge service facility. Also, the service manger, Randy Cate, was very helpful answering questions I had about my new car. Thank you, Randy and many, many thanks to Robert. More
