Fantastic experience with the service department My 2012 F-150 started to make a noise in the front end. I contacted Jason Eggerston and described the problem. He scheduled and appointment within a f My 2012 F-150 started to make a noise in the front end. I contacted Jason Eggerston and described the problem. He scheduled and appointment within a few days. I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Jason called me before 9 the next morning to tell me that the problem had been diagnosed and the truck would be ready in a couple of hours. He called back again and told me that a problem had also been found with the defroster motor but they would need to order the part. I asked if he knew when the part would arrive. He said it would be 3 to 5 days. He called again within the hour to tell me that a part had been located in town and the truck would be repaired before the end of the day. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! More

They went out of their way to accommodate me and to really try to figure out the issues I was having with my car. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive to get to Broadway Ford. Check engine light on vacation Driving from California to West Yellowstone I noticed my check engine light was on. After Stopping and trying to reset it in Blackfoot I called the s Driving from California to West Yellowstone I noticed my check engine light was on. After Stopping and trying to reset it in Blackfoot I called the service department at Broadway Ford (on a Saturday). I spoke with Matt Carroll who suspected it may be an exhaust filter issue but wanted me to bring it in to run a diagnostic. I pulled in at 11:20 (service is open until noon) and they diagnosed the light as an exhaust error. I unhooked my trailer and they regenerated my exhaust filter. I had the truck back, hooked up and back on the road by 12:45.........are you kidding me?! Matt was awesome along with the rest of the staff. Exceptional Customer Service I have always been a bit leery of "dealerships"! Last week I spent the day at Broadway Ford and was actually blown away at how well I was taken care o I have always been a bit leery of "dealerships"! Last week I spent the day at Broadway Ford and was actually blown away at how well I was taken care of. My service manager, Matt Carroll went above and beyond during my six hours stay to keep me posted on the progress of my SUV, provided a free shuttle to a restaurant and back (and he also recommended the really great lunch spot), he was honest and basically held my hand through the process. The senior repair specialist, Val came to the lobby to speak to me and gave me detailed explanation of the process. He was super great as well. The gentleman who drove us the restaurant was kind and humorous. Each employee that passed by me in the lobby greeted me with a genuine hello, one gentleman even brought my dog a bowl of water. The dealership is the cleanest space also. Making a day long wait tolerable. I live over two hours away. I highly recommend Broadway Ford to anyone. They now have a new customer. I will for sure bring my SUV back for repairs and will consider purchasing when that time comes. Thank you to all at Broadway Ford, especially Matt Carroll for making my experience so wonderful. More
