I am impressed with the friendly, caring, kindess I received upon arrival at the service department. I was immediately greeted and my service needs were noted and immediately processed. I received a call regarding all areas of possible work and given a description of the needed services. My car was serviced and ready for pick up on time. It was washed and vacumned. The price was exceptional. I was quoted much much more at another shop. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I will refer everyone! Amazing! Simply Amazing! More
I have been taking my Lincoln to be serviced at Broadway Ford. Jason and Ken in the service deptment have taken care of my needs each time the service on my vehicle was due. They both have been extremely Ford. Jason and Ken in the service deptment have taken care of my needs each time the service on my vehicle was due. They both have been extremely courteus and professional in their duty. They never press for "additional work" which may be needed on my vehicle. They do suggest to perhaps keep a watch out for possible problems in the future and to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I will always take my Lincoln to Broadway Ford to be serviced. Ken and Jason will always be honest with me in our relationship. I advise anybody else to do the same. More

My Moms tire light came on. She took it into the Service Department and Ken Tolliver assisted my Mom. He was very kind and respectful, and my Mom was glad that he was kind to her.
