I am impressed with the friendly, caring, kindess I received upon arrival at the service department. I was immediately greeted and my service needs were noted and immediately processed. I received a call regarding all areas of possible work and given a description of the needed services. My car was serviced and ready for pick up on time. It was washed and vacumned. I have been taking my Lincoln to be serviced at Broadway Ford. Jason and Ken in the service deptment have taken care of my needs each time the service on my vehicle was due.
