Ken Tolliver was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had bought a gently used Ford Escape, which came without the pin number needed to reset the door lock. Ken talked me through the process of setting the lock. He then helped me purchase the front license plate holder and installed it. The Ford Escape came with a phone icon on the dash, which was slightly misleading as the steering wheel also needed to have the icon.
