I have been dealing with Randy Martin for quite sometime now. Begining with a Ford Edge lease in 2007. That lease was terminated with the death of my wife Sherry. The next was a 2008 F150 which I payed off now. Begining with a Ford Edge lease in 2007. That lease was terminated with the death of my wife Sherry. The next was a 2008 F150 which I payed off and traded off for a 2009 F150. All of these vehicles were maitained and serviced by Broadway Ford under the expertise of Tim Freud. These two gentlemen are a great combination for Broadway Ford and Ford Motor Company. They have made owning and maintaining a Ford product a pleasure for me. More

I was travelling from Montana to Utah, my car's engine light came on, and the car was suddenly running ragged. Ken was very helpful - he scheduled an appointment, arranged transportation to and from m light came on, and the car was suddenly running ragged. Ken was very helpful - he scheduled an appointment, arranged transportation to and from my hotel, and fully explained the repair that caused the malfunction. Even knowing that I would not be a regular customer, he helped me to find the least expensive option. When I returned to the dealership, he surprised me with the repair being completed earlier than expected, the price being less than quoted, and additional work being done that was complimentary. I cannot rate the price because I don't have anything to compare it to, but I do know that the price of the main part was less than an online estimate. Thanks, Ken! More

When we need to take our car I know that I will always have all my questions answered, I will be kept up to date with progress, and most important I will always get a straight answer. Honesty to me is not something that I associate with a service shop, but with Ken at Broadway Ford it is something I know I can count on. I could never think of taking my car anywhere else. The mechanic Frank is also great to work with, he remembers our car and is always willing to answer any questions we may have.
