I usually avoid dealerships for service but Broadway was recommended to me, so I decided to try it. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jason called me to go over the repairs that wer recommended to me, so I decided to try it. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jason called me to go over the repairs that were needed on my SUV, which confirmed what I knew was wrong. Then the repairs were done that day. The price was extremely reasonable based on the work done. The next day I dropped off another vehicle and it turned out that they didn't find anything wrong with that vehicle, so they didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend Broadway Ford and Jason. I hit a deer with my 2010 ford Taurus at west Yellowstone on a Saturday night, I try and get in touch with someone in west Yellowstone with no response from the body shop there. I decided to travel to Broadw on a Saturday night, I try and get in touch with someone in west Yellowstone with no response from the body shop there. I decided to travel to Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls, on Monday morning I meet with Robert Wadsworth and he look at my car and fix the hood an front signal light so the car was rode worthy. He did this in a couple of hours so I could drive my car back to Ohio, I cannot thank Robert and his staff for the quick and friendly service to a stranger in the area. We were pretty upset and distressed when we lost the keys to our 1995 Ford. We were in town for the day from Jackson and had been out at lunch at Olive Garden so Broadway Ford was just a short walk away. Whe to our 1995 Ford. When we came into the dealership we were informed that Ford only provided access to the key codes for ten years prior and 1995 wasn't available anymore. We had looked everywhere for our keys inside the restaurant and out, but couldn't find them anywhere. Tyrel in the parts department was a polite young man and I'm sure he could tell that we were upset. He offered to get us in touch with a locksmith to cut the key from our door cylinder. He sold us the correct keys that the locksmith would need and set up the appointment within half an hour. We were so grateful for the help that he provided for us the keys and basically everything he did to make sure we were taken care of. That's true customer service! More

My truck broke down on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon. I called Andy (tow operator) and explained to him that I needed a tow and I had a 30 foot fifth wheel trailer hooked to the truck. He showed up in a timely manner with a flatbed truck to haul my pickup and Robert brought a 1 ton dually with a fifth wheel hitch to get us into town. I live 115 miles from Idaho Falls but Robert told me to use his truck to take my trailer home. Jason called me the next morning to tell me what they had found with my truck, how much it would cost, and an approximate time it would be done. When I returned the dually Jason and Brock showed me my engine and were very considerate towards my wife and me. The repair was done in excellent time and was even cost a little less than we were expecting. Thank you Broadway Ford. I will probably buy my next truck from you. More

They repaired our 36 foot Motorhome. Doors for the storage compartments and decorative trim needed to be replaced. Obviously, we didn't want to paint the whole side.
