My experience at Broadway Ford Jason Eggertsen at BWF has serviced and help me maintain my Edge since I purchased it in 2009. I rely on Jason's expertise and recently trusted him to help me choose new tires for my vehicle, plus he steered me to your current rebates. I will continue to use BWF service. Bought an 2011 F450 Truck out of town. The spare tire had a special lock attacked needing a special key. After weeks of trying to locate the key from previous owner, it was decided to remove the lock withou a special lock attacked needing a special key. After weeks of trying to locate the key from previous owner, it was decided to remove the lock without the key. The body Shop was able to remove the locking device without damaging the truck or spare tire. They also installed new front mud flapps quickly and very professionaly. First of all keep up the good Honest work. I've been nothing but happy since Randy Martin helped with the purchase of my 13 F150 eco, last March(2013). Since then I have taken it to Broadway Ford for al nothing but happy since Randy Martin helped with the purchase of my 13 F150 eco, last March(2013). Since then I have taken it to Broadway Ford for all services(from Alpine Wy.), I personally, like dealing with Tim Freud in service, because he is a very patient person, always taking the time to explain things, or just looking up info for me. we are currently working on a few small(I hope) issues w/my F150, I have confidence that they'll be figured out & fixed, just as soon as I can get it back in to the shop.
