I think Ed is the example of Ford, his attitute is steller. All should copy his example of Customer Service. Jeff in parts helped me get the right power steering pump,hoses and fluid for my f-150..Great work. As long as there is great service from all departments (parts). I shopped with Juan for a new F150. He was very knowledgable about the pickup and very willing to spend time with me on an un-hurried test drive.
