Nick Burgess promptly answered my email inquiry on a used truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when h truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two days later to inform me that the prior sale had fallen through and asked if I was still interested. Negotiating the deal was hassle and pressure free and Nick was extremely responsive in getting the paperwork done to finalize the sale. I flew in from out of state to get the truck and Nick was kind enough to drive 50 miles to another city to pick me up, saving me over a $150 in airfare. The truck was exactly as described and I was very happy with it. The drive back to the dealership to sign the paperwork was very enjoyable and when we got there the staff at Broadway Ford was great as well and I was quickly on the road back home in my freshly detailed truck. It's now been a week and a half, the truck is running great and Nick has checked back a number of times just to make sure everything is OK. He even kept checking with the prior owner to successfully locate a second remote ignition key and send it to me. The price? It was a great enough deal to fly in and then drive over 800 miles to get back home. And I'd do it again without hesitation even though I live in a large city with plenty of local dealerships. Nick is fantastic to deal with both during and after the sale. The follow-up is phenomenal. I highly recommend Nick and Broadway Ford, they do a great job. More
Hubby saw a 2011 Explorer on the lot on a Friday, made a call. Jesse answered a few of his questions. We came in the following Monday evening, Jesse wasn't around, but we worked with Nick. Test drove the Explorer and went in and began all the paperwork. The finance department managed to get us an interest rate 2.25 percent lower than our own credit union had offered. Since it was after hours, we didn't take the vehicle home that night, but Nick made sure it was cleaned up, detailed perfectly and took care of a few nit-picky requests. Came back the following evening after work and picked the car up no problems. Nick was great and this was the least amount of grief we've ever had in a car buying process. No pushiness, no pressure and got a great vehicle. More
My wife and I have driven Ford Vehicles since we were in High School. We have bought the last four vehicles from Broadway Ford because they have treated us very well and are great to work with. The sales person this time was as good as it gets, very knowedgable and patient in answering our questions and showing us many vehicles we MIGHT be interested in. He found one and we bought it, an Explorer XLT which drives great and feels solid on the interstate. (The Ford Quality we are accustom to!!!) The other people at Broadway Ford that we appreciated working with were the Sales Supervisor,the gentleman that helped us with all the paperwork and the maintenance and parts folks we had the chance to talk with. I call a few weeks ago i talked to Jay. We found ourselves in a position that we had 3 vehicles, 3 auto loans and we only needed one vehicle.
