Ken also informed me of some upcoming maintenance the truck would need, but did not pressure me to do it now, nor did he try to perform unnecessary work. They were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and I would recommend their service to any Ford owner. They have kept my truck in good condition at 112322 miles, and I expect it to run several hundred thousand more. More

Last Saturday (Thanksgiving Weekend) we were in route from Montana to our home in the Palm Springs area when our water pump began leaking fluid just as we hit the I-15 South near Dillon, MT. We managed to limp our F-250 Crew Cab superduty pick up along to Lima, MT. where we added water and antifreeze... then did the same again in Duboise, Idaho, finally reaching the Broadway Ford Dealership in Idaho Falls around 2 PM. We called the service manager Jason Eggertsen from the road and he was ready for us when we arrived. Nate Cardoza was our service tech and quickly diagnosed the water pump as the problem. Fortunately they had a new one in stock and even though the shop was scheduled to close at 4 PM both Nate and Jason stayed until the job was done at 6 PM to make sure we got back on the road and were able to make it home by Sunday night. Both Jason and Nate were friendly, professional and very understanding of the stress our whole family was under at the time. In addition, they steam washed the engine to eliminate the radiator fluid smell that was burning off the engine... which I thought was very considerate of them since I had about 18 more hours of driving to do. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did! I commend and highly recommend Jason and Nate and the Service Department at Broadway Ford for their service above and beyond my highest expectations. More

Recently bought a 2011 F350 from this dealership. Great experience. Noticed that the keypad code wasn't working so it needed to be repaired under warranty. I worked with Jason and he was great to deal wi experience. Noticed that the keypad code wasn't working so it needed to be repaired under warranty. I worked with Jason and he was great to deal with. As this is my only vehicle I needed it nightly so it took a couple visits as I would drop it off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day after work. Jason communicated extremely well with me on what they were doing to fix the problem on my new superduty. Everytime I have dropped the vehicle off and picked it up it always came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would recommend this service department and Jason to any needing normal maintenance and service on there vehicle. More

TIM WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I ADDED SEVERAL OPTIONS TO MY NEW F150 AND TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE DELIVERY UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS ADDED.
