When we need to take our car I know that I will always have all my questions answered, I will be kept up to date with progress, and most important I will always get a straight answer. Honesty to me is not something that I associate with a service shop, but with Ken at Broadway Ford it is something I know I can count on. I could never think of taking my car anywhere else. The mechanic Frank is also great to work with, he remembers our car and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. It was 4:30 on a S Last month (August) my Ford Mustang blew a plug. We had been fly fishing in Montana and our GPS indicated a nearby dealership. It was 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and I barely limped into Broadway Ford, having no hope of getting service at that time. Ken Tolliver greeted me, smiled, lifted the hood, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He scheduled me for first thing Monday morning and then went far beyond what was necessary. He called a nearby airport rental car service, got us a reduced rate for the weekend, then took us to the rental car desk, parked, and went with us to introduce us and claim the reduced rate. When the repair was finished Monday (two hours ahead of schedule), we returned the rental car and a shuttle from Broadway immediately picked us up and returned us to the dealership. I talked with the mechanic and he explained the weakness of Ford's spark plug threads on the 4.6 V8. I purchased a gift certificate to Appleby's for Ken and promised to write this review. He is a superb young man and a credit not only to Broadway Ford but to The Ford Motor company. More

I purchased a 2002 F250 7.3L Crew Cab with 155,000 miles on it. Wanted to check the truck for a performance chip. Jason, service manager, looked but didn't find an obvious one. He then scheduled a time t on it. Wanted to check the truck for a performance chip. Jason, service manager, looked but didn't find an obvious one. He then scheduled a time that I could have a diesel technician look at it. Today Brock, the diesel technician, found that the truck did have a chip. Brock also pointed out some service issues that may require attention in the near future and recent repairs/replacements like new brakes and shocks (by previous owner) and ball joints that I had replaced.
