I had to be back to Jackson by 5 pm and Tim and the I drove over from Jackson WY for my 60000 mi service, bit did not know it would take until 5 pm. I had to be back to Jackson by 5 pm and Tim and the mac dept worked very hard on my short deadline and got me out before 3pm. I made it to my important appt thanks the Tim . Bait/switch ads, pulls credit without notice. Terrible. I had an alright experience with Broadway Ford a few years ago when I ordered a truck and it's been downhill from there. Even as a potential repeat customer I have been treated unbelievably poorly. I called a few times and inquired about a 2017 Raptor to which I was treated poorly like I was an idiot for even asking about it. I understand if you don't have them to sell, but be respectful. I later decided I would settle on an XLT for the time being until Raptors are more readily accessible. I saw an advertisement that stated the truck was $12,000 off MSRP for ANY XLT in stock. If they dispute this I have the ads. After calling to confirm that was the deal, I drove the 30 miles one way to get a truck. From the beginning I was very clear that I was only there for the discount. I was mislead for 2 hours until finally the sales manager tells me the dealer is actually $4,500 more than advertised. Why not just tell me before wasting my time? I had wasted at least 3 hours with driving. This would be a pain, but it gets worse. Without my knowledge or consent they ran a hard credit check on me. I am closing on a house shortly and it will be thousands of dollars if my credit score is negatively effected. I am seriously blown away that they think they can do that to a customer. I don't care at all what their pricing is. They can price things however they want, but to be dishonest, deceptive, and blatantly disrespectful all while purposely wasting hours of my Saturday is unbelievable. The lone bright spot was that Ebony was friendly to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to Woody Smith Ford in Rexburg. Smaller dealer that will be respectful. In addition their pricing is better anyway. More

It was time to trade our Explorer as the mileage was high...because we have had such wonderful experiences with the people at Broadway Ford, we chose to return. Buzzy (Ken Top), has in the past, always high...because we have had such wonderful experiences with the people at Broadway Ford, we chose to return. Buzzy (Ken Top), has in the past, always been of great help and found the exact vehicle for us. Once again he did his job amazingly well and found us a beautiful and much needed truck! Buzzy then introduced us to Randy Martin who we found to be a very well informed, competent, and friendly gentleman. Randy took us through the application process quickly and personably. The tires on the truck were not suitable for our needs or desires, that was not a problem for these gentleman, they had the tires changed, the truck detailed and a full tank of gas before we picked it up. Randy offered to bring the truck to us since we had to wait awhile, but we opted to pick it up ourselves. When we arrived back at the dealership, Randy took my husband and I through the electronics on our new truck. He was very informative and patient!! He programed my phone into the truck, due to the fact my husbands phone was very low on battery, it would not find it. He made sure that we understood how to add the phone and offered for us to come in and he would help us once again. He also assured us if there were any other questions, to please call or stop by and he would be very happy to help. Our experience with these two gentleman will keep us at Broadway Ford! I hit a deer with my 2010 ford Taurus at west Yellowstone on a Saturday night, I try and get in touch with someone in west Yellowstone with no response from the body shop there. I decided to travel to Broadw on a Saturday night, I try and get in touch with someone in west Yellowstone with no response from the body shop there. I decided to travel to Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls, on Monday morning I meet with Robert Wadsworth and he look at my car and fix the hood an front signal light so the car was rode worthy. He did this in a couple of hours so I could drive my car back to Ohio, I cannot thank Robert and his staff for the quick and friendly service to a stranger in the area.
