Once again Broadway Ford treatment like a princess! Ever since we bought our 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 we have been very happy with the service we get. Randy has always made sure that everything is done correctly by his staff. We have had all of our vehicles servic very happy with the service we get. Randy has always made sure that everything is done correctly by his staff. We have had all of our vehicles serviced by Broadway Ford since. Our 2008 Dodge Durango even gets serviced now too. When the fuel pumps went out on the Ram Randy sent the tow truck out and got it fixed in great time. Got a ride home too. Randy is the best. Jason has always been very nice and greets you are soon as you come in. Takes care of what he needs to do to get the service work started. Always very personable. We have never been treated bad by anyone at the dealership. More

I was traveling through the state and had engine trouble so I went to Broadway Ford at 5:00 Am and saw the service sign opening at 7:30 AM. Jason Eggertsen came out at 6:30 AM to my truck and brought me i so I went to Broadway Ford at 5:00 Am and saw the service sign opening at 7:30 AM.
