Was in Idaho Falls and stopped by the Broadway Ford Body Shop with a question about a loose door gasket. Without hesitation, he said he had an empty bay and asked if had 30 minutes. Surprised at the question, I asked if he was sure and he responded, "Absolutely." Fifteen minutes later, Robert came out and said the truck was good to go and if the repair didn't work to call him and he'd go to Plan B. Very satisfied with the amazing service and quick turnaround.
