Above and beyond I got a phone from Adam he was following up on my online inquiry and thought he had the car for me. It wasn't. I told him I have MS and need a SUV th I got a phone from Adam he was following up on my online inquiry and thought he had the car for me. It wasn't. I told him I have MS and need a SUV they are easier for me to get in and out of. The very next day he calls again and offers to bring a car to me to see and test drive. He told me it had just come in as a trade and he snagged it right after the oil change. After I and my roommate test drove it we went back to dealer and bought it. However because it was late in afternoon and they probly wanted to get home, they did a crap job of vacuuming and washing it.Adam was very embarrassed and a bit angry. He brought out his boss to see it and they both asked me if I would bring it back in and they would make sure it was done right. It did get done right and I was very pleased with it. I have bought many vehicles in my time and I have to say this was the best experience I have had. Adam was helpful not pushy. Ben in finance was friendly and helpfull. Thank You! That was so much fun! I bought a gorgeous, white 2013 Ford Fusion. I love Ford, I was driving a 2009 Ford Flex. I loved it, but was not using the 3rd That was so much fun! I bought a gorgeous, white 2013 Ford Fusion. I love Ford, I was driving a 2009 Ford Flex. I loved it, but was not using the 3rd row seat as much as I use too. Stopped in to see what Broadway Ford could do for me. (Not thinking I would ever be able to afford the new body style Fusion.) They worked their magic,and look at me now! When I say "They" I mean the whole team helped. Not forceful sales but fun sales. It was like working with a big happy family. Even with a continual fun, loving atmosphere.
