Wonderful Service I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and I was passing through the area and my truck broke down. I called the service department and Paul asked me a few question about what was going on and set an appointment that day to get it looked at. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Paul and Jason. They were both very polite and reassuring about getting my vehicle looked at. After a few hours they were able to not only get the vehicle looked at but also get me back on the road!! I am very grateful for all the help they were able to give me getting me back on the road. Fine purchase experience I was delivering materials to the recycle facility next to Broadway Ford and decided to cast an eye on the copious collection of new F250s. Big mista I was delivering materials to the recycle facility next to Broadway Ford and decided to cast an eye on the copious collection of new F250s. Big mistake or good luck depending on your point of view - the one I lusted for was there! Adam J. drove up in his 4-wheeler and proceeded to explain available sales terms, vehicle features, 2014 vs. 2015 changes, etc. No high pressure at all, just useful and clearly communicated information. Then he let me look some more. THEN he returned with keys for a test drive. I was had. The rest was straightforward, pleasant, and without issue. Now I have a new 2014. He even made sure the phone got synced up and made/received calls! I am happy. More

They are so careful to make sure that they take good care of your vehicle and they are honest. Their prices are very reasonable. Once they couldn't find anything wrong with our truck & they didn't charge us. Unheard of! This time we were on our way to AZ from WY where we live in the summer. Our 24 year old motorhome barely made the 1 1/2 hr. trip in 4 1/2 hrs.! Even though it took a couple of days for them to get the part & schedule a time for the repair, they replaced the catalytic converter in just a few hours & she runs like a new one! We were also quite surprised at the cost. Very reasonable. Jason Eggertson was the rep that helped us. He is always very informative so that we understand everything they need to do, and what was done when the job is completed. He is very polite and professional. Five stars for Jason! If we decide to buy another car or truck, we would fly to Idaho Falls to buy from Broadway Ford! Thanks so much! More
