Great Service Team! I was visiting Idaho Falls from out of town and needed some immediate repairs done before I could return home. Jason and Paul were very courteous and I was visiting Idaho Falls from out of town and needed some immediate repairs done before I could return home. Jason and Paul were very courteous and quickly provided me with an estimate before the technician got started. Being dropped off late on a Saturday afternoon I was amazed how quickly the technician finished the repairs and had me back on the road. I called the service department and explained the problem. Jason set up an appointment to get the car in for evaluation at the earliest convenient time for me. The problem was found and was covered by warranty. The necessary parts were promptly ordered. He called me as soon as the part arrived and scheduled an appointment to have the car fixed. He informed me when an earlier opening was available and the repair was completed sooner than expected. He kept me informed of progress by phone. Very pleased with the service. . More

Very disapointed in the Ownership of this dealership. While visiting to have a repair done for my truck and looking into the possibility of a new truck, I had the misfortune to witness the Owner of Broadw While visiting to have a repair done for my truck and looking into the possibility of a new truck, I had the misfortune to witness the Owner of Broadway Ford, Mont they called him, in an exchange with an employee. I was horrifies at his demeanor and callused indignation of his staff. As I walked back to the service area I felt I could not leave the dealership fast enough. I will never, nor do I recommend anybody else do business with this dealership. Nobody should be treated in the way this man treated his staff. I've heard rumors about Broadway in the past and always shrugged them off, no more. No place to do business. More
