Asked if owner has made any effort to apologize and was told it was a former employee and that he hasn't talked with him. So I guess he is only sorry that I made a review about it and has no regard for his actions or treatment of people or his staff. As I have told this story to associates and friends the replies seem to be a common theme, almost everybody who has worked at Broadway Ford or has had family or friends that worked there have had nothing good to say about the owner and his management abilities/style. I was honestly surprised at the negativity expressed by some, yet watching the exchange between Mont and the former employee, it all fits. As much as I love Ford I can not support this dealer
