Awesome experience When we pulled up in front of the building Jason Andrews was there to help us. He knew all the features on the two vehicles we were interested in and pointed out how they met our wish list.We went on test drives and he was not just helpful but funny.I am very impressed with Jason.Tim helped with our financial needs he did a great job.Talked me into extended warranty.Something I have never said yes to.We met the service rep sorry I cant remember his name but after talking to him I will bring my car in for service.He was very genuine.Everyone seemed to work well together but please give Jason a big fat raise$$$ :-) More
Experience with the Service Department On Easter Sunday I went out to my Ford C-Max and found that the electrical was completely dead. I've just had the car for two weeks and didn't expect On Easter Sunday I went out to my Ford C-Max and found that the electrical was completely dead. I've just had the car for two weeks and didn't expect to have this problem. I tried to jump start the car myself (I wasn't sure if that was Ok for a hybrid and I guess I didn't get the cables on right) but that was unsuccessful. I tried to call Ford Road Assistance (part of the package you get when you get your car) but I was asked for a PIN number that I didn't have (I'm not sure what happened there because I could reach them on Monday). So I called AAA and they were able to jump start my car and everything was OK again. I called Broadway Ford Service Department on Monday and they got my car in Tuesday. They gave me rides back and forth to home and work and found that the 12-volt battery needed to be replaced. They were very helpful and I feel confident that with a new battery I won't have this problem again. I still love my Ford C-Max hybrid! More
I love my Ford C-Max hybrid I had read online that Kelley Blue Book considered the Ford C-Max more fun to drive than the Toyota Prius and I was looking for a hybrid vehicle. So I had read online that Kelley Blue Book considered the Ford C-Max more fun to drive than the Toyota Prius and I was looking for a hybrid vehicle. So I went into Broadway Ford and Randy Martin helped me. I drove the car and was impressed with the quality and features of the C-Max. It was definitely fun to drive. Randy was very informative about the car and worked with me to get the best deal so that I could have my C-Max and afford it too. I'm loving my C-Max and I thank Randy and the rest of the Broadway Ford team for helping me drive away happy! More
Needed new Ford fast My 2012 Explorer was hit broadside by another Ford Explorer going about 35 miles per hour. Our wonderful Ford did a marvelous job of protecting us but My 2012 Explorer was hit broadside by another Ford Explorer going about 35 miles per hour. Our wonderful Ford did a marvelous job of protecting us but damages totaled too much so we approached our local dealer, Broadway Ford about getting us into a new Explorer. Michael Lobdell printed us a blue book value for the old car and in a day we found we did need to buy another car because the at fault insurance company notified us they were going to total our beautiful 2012 Explorer. Michael told us Glen Shumway would do a great job for us. We wanted backup sensors so we would not back into anything. We looked at a base model 2015 Explorer but later discovered that reverse sensors were not available on that trim level so we needed to go to the XLT trim level to get that option. I told him just put an aftermarket backup camera on the base model we looked at and I would take it. The next day Glen called and told us he had found us a beautiful 2015 Ford Explorer XLT with the reverse sensors and much more equipment than the base model were considering for a bit over $1,000 more money. It is a very nice car. It was about $1200 more and that was less than the price of the aftermarket backup camera and probably safer since it beeps when you are getting close to something. I do not always have my eyes on the backup camera. By Tuesday I was driving it home. Glen and the team at Broadway Ford Idaho Falls did a great job for me. More

I recently had my 2009 Explorer serviced for 90,000 checkup and a couple of other problems, I came from Jackson WY and needed to be back by late afte I recently had my 2009 Explorer serviced for 90,000 checkup and a couple of other problems, I came from Jackson WY and needed to be back by late afternoon. The broadway service team did the update and fixed both issues, which were time consuming, and got me o my way by 3:30 pm. That was fantastic work! I had my car back with the promise of a car wash anytime I got back to IF. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as the always are! I get the best, most reliable, nonsense service every time I come to Broadway Ford. Thanks especially to JAMES MCCORD, who took care of my every need and got me home before dark! Roger Scott More
