steve jenson is very rude I came into purchase a new vehicle. I called and spoke with Blake, he got me scheduled and set up for the next day to get my Ford Escape in and checked. When I showed up Blake was busy with another customer so Jason checked me in and assured me Blake would be in touch with me through out the day to keep me updated. That he did. He kept me updated and well informed on what was wrong with my car and how long it would take. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I think his name was Paul. He got all me checked out and on my way. These gentleman were very friendly and patient.This won't be last time I come to Broadway Ford. More
Lies, no integrity or ethics, Will tell you anything to sell I use to be a loyal Ford customer for 42 years.. Ford uses idiot gauges that do not actually read oil pres., according to Mr Jensen people are too stu I use to be a loyal Ford customer for 42 years.. Ford uses idiot gauges that do not actually read oil pres., according to Mr Jensen people are too stupid to read a gauge. ABS fault causes ECM computer to fault transmission shifting. $20.00 ABS speed sensor problem but Ford tells me transmission needs replaced $3700.00. Mr Jensen tells me Dodge/Chevy are the same with sensors. I talked to 3 each Dodge and Chevy shop Managers and was assured and even show that their systems sense actual pres. and ABS fault will not give other problems. Mr Jensen had no problem saying anything that he thought he could get away with. Well Mr. Jensen not everyone is as stupid as you think we are and some of us think that honesty, integrity, ethics mean a great deal.. You wanted to know why I contacted Ford if I was so bitter, you forget that 'Ford Spam-ed me with advertising. One transmission rebuild two trans. replacements, one engine pull to replace oil pump and a multitude of other problems that caused unnecessary work, towing charges and expense Yes I'm bitter, Go figure. A retired ford mechanic was the one that opened my eyes to the practices that Ford has gone too to bolster the bottom dollar. He retired early because of the lies. More

Great Service --The extra mile I was sent a recall on my Ford Escape, called my local dealer and was given an appointment to have it fixed that week. I had a family emergency and f I was sent a recall on my Ford Escape, called my local dealer and was given an appointment to have it fixed that week. I had a family emergency and forgot to call and reschedule. When I finally remembered and called them, The schedule another appointment. I delivered the car early in the morning and that afternoon they called to say it was done. I didn't have a ride to go get it so they sent someone to pick me up. Not only had they done the recall, but my car was washed vacuumed and inspected for safety. Thanks to Jason Eggertsen and his crew, it was a really great experience! More
Needed new truck, but still owed on old one We had been having major problems with our 2005 F-350. The last repair shop said that we needed a new engine due to a cracked head and other problems. We could not afford that, so we thought about looking for a new truck. We found two possibilities at Broadway Ford. Tyler Potter helped us with the new trucks. We test drove one and loved it, but knew we would have problems with the old truck because it was in bad shape, but we still owed on it. Tyler patiently worked with us for several hours. We also appreciate the help from Steve Jensen and Tim Leverton. They worked and worked to get the loan approved for us. We appreciate their very hard work. If you ever need a vehicle, look no further than Broadway Ford. They are the best! More
