Mr. Cate is always willing to discuss my concerns and takes personal ownership to ensure the customer is satisfied. Their prices for repairs are reasonable and have recommend alternative actions to save me (the customer) money. I have taken my vehicles in for service with them not charging me because they didn't find anything wrong. This action demonstrates their business ethic and recognition that customer service is a high priority item for continued customer satisfaction. More

Purchased a "certified " pre-owned car, but they lied, it was never inspected, so after just 9 months, the cracked radiator they did not disclose or repair caused the engine to blow up. Their sales manager and general sales manager knew the car was not inspected but lied and said it was. The management fired those two, know they lied, but refuse to make good. BUYER BE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. More
