Lets be real. Buying a car, new or used, can at times feel like a visit to a proctologist. It's certainly not something on ones bucket list, yet eventually one does have to cross it off your list, yes, e feel like a visit to a proctologist. It's certainly not something on ones bucket list, yet eventually one does have to cross it off your list, yes, even "that" list. The end result is exciting, the process to get there, not so much. So, to avoid the roto rooter man (or female), one steps onto a car lot with great caution, usually carrying a crucifix, wood stake, holy water and silver bullet. I once made the mistake in believing the salesman was going to keep his word, and not call me if I gave him my number. For a full two months, every week, he would call. The day after my purchase of my year old Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was in a mandatory class for my job, titled "Customer Relations". We were told to break into groups and discuss the best customer service we remember receiving, but more over, why it was the best. The commonality with all the groups were "consistency", "going above and beyond", "seeing it through", "willingness to help", and "positive attitude". When you can walk away feeling good about your buying experience, like I did, plus experience all those listed above, you gladly share it. I bought a used Mini Cooper from these guys. I had some issues with things that needed to be done. It needed a new battery, the window had to be fixed, and it needed a new water pump. They made it all righ issues with things that needed to be done. It needed a new battery, the window had to be fixed, and it needed a new water pump. They made it all right at no cost to me. I was impressed with the sale and service from start to finish. Rich, my salesman, stayed on top of the service requests and called me back several times to ensure everything was getting done. He also wrote me a handwritten thank you note. Kurt, the service manager, called me back frequently to let me know the progress of my vehicle and despite how busy he is, was always pleasant and made me feel like a VIP. These guys are GREAT!!! When I need a new car again I will definitely go back and see these guys. More

We never spent more than 5 minutes by ourselves without Neil checking on us with an update or seeing if we needed anything. When we had concerns about financing and our credit, Neil was honest. We very much appreciated that honesty and didn't feel like he was telling us what we wanted to hear just to make a sell. He wasn't pushy. He left all the decisions up to us and never guided us into a direction we didn't want to go in. All around, great experience and I would recommend EVERYONE looking for a Jeep to see Neil! More
