They sold me a 2021 Chrysler Certified Pacifica that had supposedly been through a 125 point inspection. When I took possession I found two obvious broken components. Searching for my new Jeep Gladiator led me to Lithia Jeep of Twin Falls, I inquired about a Jeep online and they reached out to me. Did the deal via text messaging, after agreeing on a price. Drove 300 mil of Twin Falls, I inquired about a Jeep online and they reached out to me. Did the deal via text messaging, after agreeing on a price. Drove 300 miles on a late Sunday afternoon to make the purchase. The staff stayed afterhours to finalize the deal and I drove home in a new Gladiator Jeep!!! My salesman Juan Castro, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle being purchase. Set up the Jeep App on my phone and went over all the things on the computer in the jeep. Did several follow ups with me. Excellent customer service. Well worth the drive to do business with Lithia in Twin Falls. They out performed the dealer in Nampa Idaho. My Jeep came with locking wheel bolts, but I didn't have the key and inquired as to their sales team. I did contact them for service on my vehicle. My Jeep came with locking wheel bolts, but I didn't have the key and inquired as to whether they could remove the bolts and replace them with non-locking ones or order a new key for me. Their service department told me they "aren't a tire shop", that I should "just call Les Schwab", and that if they could order new tire lock keys, "Everyone would do it and just steal all the tires." Do better Lithia! And yes, Les Schwab was happy to help me. More
