Service okay I came in for scheduled service on our Dodge ...everything went ok. Then he let me borrow the jeep fit the day so that I could see if it was what I needed (unsupervised). All in all it was great. More

Terrible Service I took my vehicle for an oil change and an alignment, they were very helpful and explained that it would take around an hour and a half or so, I was s I took my vehicle for an oil change and an alignment, they were very helpful and explained that it would take around an hour and a half or so, I was suppose to get a phone call when they were done but they never called back, so I show up around two and a half hours later. They explained that it was test driven and everything checked okay. I start driving home and noticed my car alignment was even worse than when I took it in, I drove right back and explained to the sales person that the car wasn't driving straight, and I also noticed 3 of my rims were scratched as if they got dropped or bumped, they had no damage since I took it to the car wash before taking it in and I just had cleaned the rims myself and saw no damage. I was pretty upset but the sales person explained that they would fix the rims and redo my alignment if I brought it in on the next Monday since it was Friday and they were closing. I had someone else take it in on that Monday, they talked to the same sales person but they were told that they weren't responsible for the rims since they didn't damaged them and they had to actually drive my car since they explained that the car was aligned but they had to agree after the drive that it wasn't. They refused to take responsibility for the rims and when we asked for our money back since the job they were asked to do wasn't done, they refused and explained I could only get in-store credit. Horrible service, never taking it in there again, I pretty much payed for a service that wasn't done right and on top of that I got my rims damaged. More
