He followed up a couple days ago just in case I had changed my mind and offered some alternative options...no dice on that front but I really appreciated his follow up after a couple weeks. It got me poking around their inventory and noticed some impressive incentives on brand new trucks. I sent in another inquiry and immediately was contacted and setup a test drive for the following morning. I was treated with respect and did not feel forced at any point. Dave worked with me to help get the Truck into my budget and I drove it home that day. Shawn helped me empty my previous vehicle then spent over an hour in the pouring rain going over all the features and instruments and made sure I didn't have any further questions before sending me down the road. Alan helped me choose the best warranty that fit my budget and expected use of the vehicle. The general manager Ryan came in to verify the documentation and offer appreciation for doing business and ensured I had no questions for him. They work great as a team and made the buying experience fun and stress free. I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know in search of a vehicle. More
My wife and I met Shawn shopping for a used Jeep Wrangler at the dealership's Memorial Day Event. We test drove one older Jeep that was in our original budget range but it simply didn't work for us. Shawn then showed us a newer model, test drove with us again and worked very, very hard to make it work financially. We started working with Shawn around 2:30 pm and didn't finish with until 7:30. He was incredibly patient and understanding. Even more impressive was his attitude after the sale. He found us a couple of floor mats in the dealership that were not included with the vehicle, he contacted the vehicles prior owner to identify the type of roof rack mounts that were on the vehicle so that we could find the parts necessary to use the existing mounts, he put more gas in the vehicle then was going to be originally provided, and he has taken steps to obtain the complete manual for the car that Jeep wanted to charge us $200 for (the download version is free). These guys put the xxxx in scummy car dealer. They will tell you anything to get you in the door, than flat out lie to you about what they say. This was the second time in two years they jacked us around. When I told him he wasn't getting my business because he lied to me, his response was his manager told him to. The first time they tryed to screw us they only wanted to give us 1/3 of dealer trade-in on a Toyota Camry, which has a real strong book, Also make sure to have any car you buy from them with your mechanic before you buy it. I have two friends who bought vehicles from them and they were xxxxx. crap. These guys don't desive anyones business. More
