Unhappy about bringing in a Fob for programming that couldn't get programmed so I bought one from you that was $244 that I agreed to only to find out it didn't include the emergency key that would be an couldn't get programmed so I bought one from you that was $244 that I agreed to only to find out it didn't include the emergency key that would be an additional cost of $65. They cut the key I brought in before seeing if it would work so now the fob can't be sent that back and i won't get credit for the $90 fob I brought in. Why would you cut the key first???.I was told that's policy to cut the key first. Again why??? If you want to cut something cut me a deal More
