Lithia Chrysler was the first Lithia Motors store and opened its doors in Ashland, OR in 1946.
In April 1970, Lithia Motors moved to Medford, OR and added the Dodge and Jeep franchises.
The store moved from its downtown Medford location to a brand new facility in 2007.

Worst dealership experience EVER I just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. They were not forthcoming about information, and they did absolutely none of the recall I just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. They were not forthcoming about information, and they did absolutely none of the recall work, but sold it to me as a certified pre-owned. This was the ultimate sleazy dealership experience. I am so upset, with the overall service of this dealership. I will never buy a car here again, nor will I recommend them to anyone! More

Lithia went out the way to make me happy After just 4 weeks of owning a brand new Jeep Cherokee my transmission went out. The Service desk person Shannon was so nice but did let me know it wo After just 4 weeks of owning a brand new Jeep Cherokee my transmission went out. The Service desk person Shannon was so nice but did let me know it would take maybe 10 - 14 days to fix. I was offered a rental car and Lithia did pick up the bill and I was very happy. Jason the mechanic who went for a ride with me to diagnose the issue was very informative. But really Shannon was extraordinary in calling me several times and letting me know the status, when the transmission came in etc. Couldn't be happier with her service and I'll think now to have all my routine services done at the Lithia Jeep dealership thanks to Shannon. I do want to also say the other service folks were friendly as well, so even better. More
