We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance p salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance person who corrected the errors however sold us a gap policy that we were assured would be promptly refunded if we paid the vehicle off which we did 3 months later. After many, many phone calls, and 3 months time, we still have not received the refund. we have had to spend so much time on this, it is unacceptable. It feels like they want us to forget about it to avoid provide the refund. We have purchased several vehicles, new and used and this is the worst experience we have had. More

We trusted the service department to fix our car and it ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. The touchscreen radio and GPS was broken while in there hands and they said it was “a coinc ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. We paid them hundreds of dollars and didn’t even receive a refund for the poor service we received. We eventually had to trade in the car because it was a lost cause and lost thousands of dollars.
