Good Job All Around This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Lithia Medford. On both occasions the staff has been excellent during the course of the sale. Mr Shannon Harrop gave us the initial space to view the lot without the pressure that accompanies most lots to even reach the level of even thinking about the purchase of a new vehicle as we had come only to have a routine service of our other vehicle. Mr Harrop encouraged us to tour the lot and gave us the space to consider the purchase of this new vehicle. It would not have happened had he approached us with the more typical persistence found in most car lots. Mr. St Germaine was instrumental in locating a vehicle that met most of our expectations. Then, Mr. Sues worked out all the details including several options we wished to add to the selected vehicle as well as reaching a satisfactory total cost to complete the deal Finally Mrs. Seifer was a pleasure to work with in regards to the rather lengthy paperwork process in order to both prepare the sale and during the take delivery phase as well. We took delivery at the agreed time and place and all the requested additions were in place and very well done. We were completely satisfied with the end results of our purchase.
