As he was looking for recalls and such he discovered that we had some unused oil changes from Chrysler. Something that previous techs have not done. We appreciate the car buying experience with Lithia Dodge and Steve Seis in particular. The Service Dept has been a challenge. No return calls, when you finally get someone, they won't help because someone else started the process...even if there are notes in the account. More

It turned out I needed my differential (front and back) adjusted and the fluid replaced (24000 miles), which raised the total cost to almost $400. About 90 minutes later (good time), it was done. I'm in my 40s and lived all over the world, and when I go to a professional place like this and spend this type of cash and I am a loyal customer, the business usually washes my jeep. Small thing, but makes a big difference to me. No car wash this time. Not sure why. They were really busy. More

They did a load test on the battery and found it was toast, gave me a good deal on a new battery. I am a very pleased customer. More
