Lithia Chrysler was the first Lithia Motors store and opened its doors in Ashland, OR in 1946.
In April 1970, Lithia Motors moved to Medford, OR and added the Dodge and Jeep franchises.
The store moved from its downtown Medford location to a brand new facility in 2007.

Great Service I went in for an oil change and to have my car detailed. Todd asked if I had the lifetime oil change plan, which I didn't. It turned out I wasn't quite ready for an oil change but I did purchase the lifetime plan...it's a no brainer if you plan to have your vehicle for a long time, as I do. They did the Silver detail on my 1 year old car and it looks like it is brand new! I love it. Todd was excellent and everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thank You!! More

Got in without appointment ,engine light on Have new jeep 1300 miles on it and engine light came on . Jeep tells you to go to dealership and I did without an appointment ,got right in ; order pa Have new jeep 1300 miles on it and engine light came on . Jeep tells you to go to dealership and I did without an appointment ,got right in ; order part and next day had it fix. Travis was the service rep. that was on it right away . Runs better then ever but engine has a knock in it that did not hear before . Will call tomorrow ; Monday the 11 th , Will see if I still get the same service that I got before . I am sure that I will . I will let you know . More

Amazing experience Was needing to get into a different car. They had the perfect car for me. I traded in mine and they worked so hard to get the deal to work for me so that I could have payments I could afford. Staff was so nice, knowledgable, respectful and kind me and to my mom. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a dealership. Travis Wolf was our salesman and he was upbeat, professional and honest. The management was tireless in finding the right situation and bank, the finance was able to get me lifetime oil changes for a good price. Would defiantly recommend this dealership! Super happy with the car and experience. More
