Lithia Chrysler was the first Lithia Motors store and opened its doors in Ashland, OR in 1946.
In April 1970, Lithia Motors moved to Medford, OR and added the Dodge and Jeep franchises.
The store moved from its downtown Medford location to a brand new facility in 2007.

OIl Change We brought our 2016 Trailhawk in for an oil change. The service advisor, Cody Hopkinson was friendly and went above and beyond. As he was looking fo We brought our 2016 Trailhawk in for an oil change. The service advisor, Cody Hopkinson was friendly and went above and beyond. As he was looking for recalls and such he discovered that we had some unused oil changes from Chrysler. Something that previous techs have not done. We appreciate the car buying experience with Lithia Dodge and Steve Seis in particular. The Service Dept has been a challenge. No return calls, when you finally get someone, they won't help because someone else started the process...even if there are notes in the account. More

Just one thing.. I love this place. Always great service, great work, etc. I've been taking my 2014 Jeep W. Unlimitted for about a year. I took it in for an oil cha I love this place. Always great service, great work, etc. I've been taking my 2014 Jeep W. Unlimitted for about a year. I took it in for an oil change a few days ago. It turned out I needed my differential (front and back) adjusted and the fluid replaced (24000 miles), which raised the total cost to almost $400. About 90 minutes later (good time), it was done. I'm in my 40s and lived all over the world, and when I go to a professional place like this and spend this type of cash and I am a loyal customer, the business usually washes my jeep. Small thing, but makes a big difference to me. No car wash this time. Not sure why. They were really busy. More

2002 Dakota coolant leak Hayden, Clayton and the mechanic, Kim, were very accommodating. The leak was tough to diagnose but Kim found and fixed the problem, intake manifold g Hayden, Clayton and the mechanic, Kim, were very accommodating. The leak was tough to diagnose but Kim found and fixed the problem, intake manifold gasket. Gave me a loner car which was much appreciated and came to my rescue when the battery in the truck went dead after I picked it up the second time. They did a load test on the battery and found it was toast, gave me a good deal on a new battery. I am a very pleased customer. More
