No haggling, no salesman change up, no pressure. We got to the bottom line upfront, which was thousands less than at another dealership with a comparable truck. He stayed in constant communication with us, working on our behalf on his day off to keep the process going. When we had a dustup between our credit union and his finance manager, he calmly kept at it until documents were signed and the truck was delivered. Change of mind. Time to start process for new dodge diesel and have recently been looking at this dealership. Drove approximately 130 miles for each trip and have sho Time to start process for new dodge diesel and have recently been looking at this dealership. Drove approximately 130 miles for each trip and have shopped twice and welcomed with great sales agents. One more trip of our 130 mile drive, idler pulley broke as we were arriving to Medford. Drove directly to Lethia service department only to be told they could not get to the repair for 10days. Drove two blocks to small independent repair service that was more than happy to help us get back on our way home. They ordered part that was delivered about ten minutes later and had us done and able to make the 130 return. I would hesitate replaceing my Dogde disel with a dealer that is unable to possible repair if a situation like this happens again. More
