Wont ever deal here again Dealership took almost 3 months to pay off my trades when they sold them in less than 4 days. Guess who was stuck with the late penalties? Dealerships threw my loan out to over 20 banks before we got an approval. Guess who was stuck with the credit inquiries? My credit score had never had anything negative before dealing with Lithia Dodge in Medford, Oregon. 31 years old and have been building credit since I was 17. Before the dealership I had a credit score of 718 and after the deal was done I had a 611. I was also told that id be receiving a free service contract and extended warranty for my troubles and looking through my paperwork I was charged for them both. Tried several times to speak with the dealership to resolve these issues and my emails and phone calls go unanswered. More
