Go to LITHIA DODGE The story, per the salesman...a couple purchased 2 trucks, drove this one to Wyoming and BACK, putting more than 3000 miles on the vehicle, had a lift kit installed, had new tires put on it, it “ didn’t work out”, the truck was returned and Lithia Dodge claims its “NEW”. The salesman claims it wasn’t registered...uh huh! How many vehicles do you think that LITHIA DODGE sells to folks without registering them before they jump in them and drive them to Wyoming? Yep, that’s what I thought...absolutely none!! This charade...this farce...this absolute, blatant untruth would have continued had we not got up and left...yep, you guessed it! LITHIA DODGE and only when I said that I would be posting a review did the salesman genuinely act concerned, “is that really necessary?” If it SAVES one person from being taken advantage of, J, then yes, it was necessary! My recommendation...don’t do scandalous things that you are ashamed of and concerned that others will find out. More

CA Buyers Beware! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sales guy was great, but the Finance Manager, Robert, is horrible. My experience begins with having m If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sales guy was great, but the Finance Manager, Robert, is horrible. My experience begins with having more paperwork sent to me to sign. No big deal. But my jeep needed to be registered in California, not Oregon. The finance manager Robert assured me that it would all be taken care of within 21 days because that's the longest they could write the tag. Anyways, the tag expires and I call them and they say they'll overnight me a new tag. 3 days later nothing. I had to drive back to the dealership to get a new tag. They tell me everything was sent to CA DMV and go down there and they should help me get a longer tag while i wait for a registration card from Oregon. Go to DMV, and paperwork was sent to CA DMV late. Guess who gets to pay the extra 109.00 late fee? Me! They wouldn't help me. CA DMV extends my temp tag 30 days. 30 days later, no registration card from Oregon, CA DMV won't renew temp tag, and I have a brand new car sitting in the driveway that can't be driven. Stay away from this dealership at all costs!!! More
