They managed to get us in right away to have the side rails added on to our new Jeep, and Travis personally went and found our daughter's tablet we left in our old car, a week later, and saved our road trip home. rip off report purchased a new 2019 dodge ram limited Oct 27th 2018 had some little problems glitches with the backup camera and such Then it stranded us in Fred Me purchased a new 2019 dodge ram limited Oct 27th 2018 had some little problems glitches with the backup camera and such Then it stranded us in Fred Meyer parking lot that was the first tow. in the shop for 2 days cleared some error codes and gave it back . Jan 12th stranded us again towed it to the dealership They think its the brain but there not sure and they don't even know when they can get a brain as the truck is so new 10 total days in the shop and no one even knows when or if we can get it back. Any decent business would return our money for a new truck that probably will never run but Jaysons idea was to have it towed to medford where they would be happy to trade it in with a deduction of 20,000 because the truck is used it's 2 months old and they will sell us another at a great price wow ! can someone say lemon law More
