Sales ok, Travis in service awesone I am disappointed in the product level of the aftermarket equipment sold to me and installed on my truck. The wheels have discolored and the lift has had nothing but issues and still continue. I have been taking my truck to a local shop who has been trying to remedy the continuing issues due to the equipment installation. I brought my truck in a minimum of three times with my concerns with no long term resolutuin. Service has been great in dealing with recalls and the service I have requested. I have had the oil changed, fuel filters changed and multiple recall all taken care of by Travis who has been Amazing. More

Our buying experience was awesome! We spoke with Lithia representatives in Roseburg, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Medford about ordering a custom built Challenger. We ultimately decided to go with Medford Lithia and work with Mike Trejo. Mike was genuinely interested in helping us get the vehicle we wanted and with no pressure to move forward before we were ready. He was always available, easy going, and courteous. We now have our dream car and we are immensely satisfied with our purchasing experience because of Mike’s expert help. We also want to recognize Richard in the Finance Department as although the process took a little longer than we expected, he was personable and pleasant, making our overall experience an excellent one. We would not hesitate to recommend Medford Lithia and specifically, working with Mike Trejo and Richard in Finance. More
