Service dept is awful Took them almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Five people in the front and one mechanic in the back.....just garbage. Asked if just to take off car wash from this visit since I don't know when I'd be back to get car wash. My bill total was $73.83. I was charged for car wash anyway. Don't know when I'll return for car wash. My husband had his 2016 Jeep oil changed, tires rotated & coupon on 8-3-18 total of $53.41. We have purchased several vehicles here. Much confusion in the service area. Don't know if I'll return here for oil changes. Very unhappy with this visit. Oil changed was for oil changes every 3,000 miles also.
