He stayed well past closing time to finish paperwork and walk us through the different features the Dodge Journey offered. We were also very happy with the financial manager and the general manager. 2017 Ram Laramie We were met as we walked into the dealership and asked if we could be helped. We said we had a meeting with Don Sandbothe. Don was with us immediately and asked what we had to trade and what type of vehicle we wanted. We told him the type of vehicle we wanted and he set up a test drive. Upon return from the test drive, discussion about the worth of our trade and what we expected to get. We were given our asking price for our vehicle and paperwork started for the 2017 Ram. The finance officer, Ryan, was quick and thorough when going through the paperwork. He was a happy person and answered all questions. AJ, the manager, walked through the dealership and spoke with the customers. Can't say you see that all the time! The vehicle we decided on was in transit to the dealership. Don called as soon as the vehicle came in and had it ready for pickup the following day. Don went through all the technology and features of the Ram and helped us register the vehicle, pair our phones, etc... This is going to drive me crazy. But I walked into Lithia and was met by Don. I told him my needs and my budget and then had to run an errand that would give him time to find a vehicle that meets the criteria. When I returned 15 minutes later he had a Jeep warming up and ready for a test drive. Right size. Right color. Right price. A spin around the block and I was ready to do the paper work. It was 8:00 pm. I returned the next day, was handed the keys, and I was on my way. The perfect shopping experience for me. More
