The Service department scheduling needs major overhaul My vehicle is involved in the safety airbag replacement recall. I made an appointment to have this done over a week ago. The recall notice estimates 1 1/2 hours to complete the airbag replacement. When the appointment was made the length of time to complete the replacement was not discussed, but when I brought my vehicle in for the appointment I was informed that they would need all day to do the recall replacement. This was simply unacceptable. I had driven 35 miles to get to the dealer. What am I supposed to do all day? Sit in the waiting room and look at the ceiling? Since Chryslers recall notice states only 1 1/2 hours are needed this was obviously a scheduling problem......but it cost me over 1/2 a day, 75 miles of driving, and another 2 hours to unload and reload the pickup camper that was on the vehicle. I would suggest anyone planning to have service work done at this dealership be very careful about determining how long the work will take. I guess I will now have to locate another more reputable dealer to do the airbag recall replacement. UPDATE: Since receiving this review Lithia Dodge contacted my, apologized for the confusion, requested I bring my vehicle in the next day, and replaced the defective airbag per the recall in one hour and 5 minutes. More

Oil change, lube, tire rotation. I brought my Ram 1500 in for the Lifetime oil change/lube/vehicle inspection and for a rotation of the tires I purchased from Lithia last November. Daryl Doney is very honest My family and I came here for a transmission flush, oil change and spark plugs. We live 5 hours away. Our van had stalled on the way there. We came in and Daryl Doney took great care of us. We told him how our van stalled and I was scared to drive home. He had our van checked out to ensure we would get home safely. I told Daryl I would pay anything to get home safely. Daryl did not take advantage of us and was very honest, something that I've never seen before. This is the best place to get your vehicle serviced. Lithia is more concerned about keeping clients and having you come back instead of taking all your money, I will always come here now. More
