We had an appointment to have our 08 Dodge Ram serviced. Bryan caught us in the parking lot looking at a Challenger, tried to get us to take a test drive, we declined. I was very impressed with Burton and his willingness to work towards getting me the new Jeep that I wanted. I have purchased from all the major dealerships in Billings and Lithia's Respect and treatment of myself and my family was GREAT!! I have a 7 year old daughter and a 5 year old son, a BIG reason to dread buying a car, being stuck in a dealership with unhappy bored kids. My kids were not bored at bit!! They enjoyed the kids play area, the big balloon they each got and drew a face on but most of all they LOVED Brandin and so did we!!!
