Went to look, drove off in new Ram 1500. Salesman was friendly, informative and accommodating, never felt pressured to buy. Out the door price was slightly less than the max I was willing to spend. I had done intensive research on the internet before I even went up there, and had found 6 possible minivans that might work. When I got up to Billings, Lithia was the second stop that I made, where I was greeted by Brandin Eckdahl. After test driving one vehicle, that unfortunately did not fit my needs, Burton Pierce went on a "car hunt" for me, and approached me with another possibility, a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. When first approached, I knew that the Dodge Grand Caravan was out of my reach, but it wasn't long before we were able to make the numbers work. Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings went above and beyond my expectations. They were AWESOME about making sure I could find a great quality vehicle in my price range. Burton Pierce was even gracious enough to make sure the tank was full of gas, so I would not have to stop to get gas on the way home (I was driving back late at night).
