Sneaky way to get more $$$ from you.. Always had good dealings with the sales team, very helpful and knowledgeable on product line and inventory. If you buy anything new with a "block heat Always had good dealings with the sales team, very helpful and knowledgeable on product line and inventory. If you buy anything new with a "block heater" be sure you have the cord installation worked into your purchase agreement. Most likely you will think elapse it has a block heater installed that would include the cord so you could use the block heater... haha, NOPE!!! If you want the cord installed it's going to cost you an additional $130! What good is having a block heater on a vehicle in MT if there isn't a cord to plug it in??? Kind of a sneaky way to make a few more bucks in my opinion... and don't waste your time talking with the parts counter. .. I literally got a hand/palm in the face when asking about a cord... More

Bad dealership Lithia sucks do not go there. I bought a new pickup from lithia the vehicle is good. First on my way home from lithia with my new vehicle i almost ran Lithia sucks do not go there. I bought a new pickup from lithia the vehicle is good. First on my way home from lithia with my new vehicle i almost ran out of fuel. Second it took two months for lithia to pay off my trade in. My sticker ran out before they sent my title to the court house. When it got cold like it always does in Montana I went to plug in my new pickup. Block heaters are not standard on diesel pickups at lithia. This is the first new vehicle I have ever bought in Montana with out a block heater. More
Made a great deal with no hassle! When I was in the market for a new truck I stopped in to look around. I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I took this opportunity to learn about the different models and features, but said I was not quite ready to purchase. There was no pressure to do so. When I had decided which features I wanted, I talked to Cameron Swift. Though there was not the exact truck I wanted on the lot, Cameron located one at another dealership. Then came the dreaded price negotiation. It was easy! Cameron and I agreed to a price I considered very good very quickly. Even when that truck became unavailable, Cameron found another (and another) that I liked, and stuck to the same price. When I went to pick the truck up, the paperwork was quick and easy and I was out the door! Way to go! More
Gary Musridge. Don't listen to his bs. What a piece of work this guy(Gary Musridge) is. I see I car online and contact him about it. He tells me that they are having a big blowout sales and What a piece of work this guy(Gary Musridge) is. I see I car online and contact him about it. He tells me that they are having a big blowout sales and that I should make it down that weekend. Unfortunately I can't make it but the car didn't sell. This past weekend we planned to make it down to Billings. I call Gary and talk to him about the car and he assures me that it is still available and they he would see me in the morning. So I leave to Billings less than an hour after talking to Gary, it's a 5 hour drive from where I live. We get into Billings around 9pm so we assume the dealership is closed. We go in the first thing in the morning and meet with Gary. At first me beats around the bush but finally tells us they they sold the car last night. I was pissed and he must have saw it. He passed me off to a salesman and I never saw him again. So I'm balling out the salesman, they're basically not selling me anything. And he tells me that they have a policy that they can't hold used cars. I mean, Gary knew I wanted to buy the car, he knew I was coming in that day, he knew I was traveling so far. You telling me they couldn't tell them that there was a sale pending on that car, come back tomorrow afternoon? Later that day I talked to both Denny Menholt and Rimrock GMC and they stated that they don't have any such policy and that they would have pulled the car and held it, especially knowing I was traveling so far. They also said that they probably sold it before I talked to him right before a came down and he probably just told me it was still available to get me into they're lot to try to sell me a car. What a Should have known, the last time I was there they tried selling me a car I didn't want, wasted almost two hours of my time when they chased me down at the stoplight when I went to leave. More

Joke of a dealership Worst dealership iv ever dealt with was great when i bought the truck intill i found out it has recalls on it for the tie rod assembly and stering lin Worst dealership iv ever dealt with was great when i bought the truck intill i found out it has recalls on it for the tie rod assembly and stering linkage even called the 1800 number for dodge and was told i should have been warned befor they sold me the truck they failed to and went all the way fron sidney mt to billings mt cuz a saleman told me to bring the truck down they would see what they could work out i got there talked to the dealer who sold my the truck was told nothing we can do for u so i drove 5hrs 1 way cause they told me to come down to now be told nothing they can do about it and i told the dealer what the customer service at the 1800 told me and he just gave me a look and said we would have warned u if the recalls were on the truck when we sold u it clearly hes a dam moron was bought like 4 months ago and first recall is 2009 2010 and 2011 great ppl working at lithia dodge will never own a dodge product or buy from this xxxx hole place again More
