Life threatening mistake! Spent just shy of $2k on our pickup...as we leave town, steering wheel is cocked to side (had it aligned) call and they say NP, next time come in we'l Spent just shy of $2k on our pickup...as we leave town, steering wheel is cocked to side (had it aligned) call and they say NP, next time come in we'll fix it right up (no way going back after having girls loaded). Get home and oil life says 40% (they forgot to reset it...minor, but really??). Take it back to get steering wheel straightened a week later...however today small bump on the gravel and the steering wheel goes almost 1/2 way the other direction. I told Tim felt like something slipped...though I have no idea what..Stop and can't see anything and really for our road was nothing...nowhere open on the way, so when I get to RC after talking to Tim decide we really should get looked at before driving home. Well, Bargain Barn Tire Pros comes to the hotel, picks it up and the mechanic stays late to look at it...good thing as Lithia didn't get the tie rod tightened, so the 'slip' I felt was real...and very dangerous! Absolutely wouldn't so much as fill up a tire at Lithia at this point. Huge shout out to BB for taking care of us on short notice on a Saturday and very likely saving a horrible wreck on the way home...May the poor fool at Lithia call in sick on Monday... More

BUYER BEWARE I stopped in with a mail in offer. A traveling salesman named David told me that I could bid an offer $20,000 below asking and it may be accepted. I a I stopped in with a mail in offer. I was asked how much I could pay each month and how much I had for a down payment. Also, I was asked what type of vehicle I desired. After David wrote everything I said down on scratch paper, he asked me to initial my answers. He then told me my offer was accepted and I had bought the truck. I asked if I could back out and he said no you signed and bought a truck. After I discussed this with my wife who is a us citizen, she knew I was deceived and helped me complain. We met with Austin, the gm and Nate, sales manager. They also brought in the finance lady. I explained my situation and my wife explained that I am not a us citizen and have a language barrier as I am a spanish speaker. My English is fair, however I have trouble retaining information. The GM said that is "crap" and would not help us out of this deal. The worst part, I am in 55,925 on a 34,000 truck. BUYER BEWARE More

New Dodge Durango I came in to "just look" for a 3 row SUV for my growing family and met Matt at Lithia. I described my situation and he showed me the Durangos. I was impressed of the look and sleekness of the Durango and also did not know they have 3 rows now. Matt let me test drive it right away and even let me take it overnight to show my wife. He was not pushy at all and that is why I decided to eventually buy from him and Lithia. The next day I came in the morning and sat down with Nate, one of the sales managers, and crunched the numbers. He was very straight forward and I was driving away in my 2017 Dodge Durango in no time. My wife was unable to be at the dealership this whole time, but Matt followed me to Laurel for my wife to sign off on the paperwork. Thanks again to Matt and Nate for your professionalism. More
